Abstract:
Vaccine management is the process of planning, distributing, monitoring, and administering vaccines to individuals or populations. It encompasses various stages, including vaccine development. This stage involves research and development of vaccines by pharmaceutical companies and regulatory approval by health authorities. Supply chain management is another aspect of vaccine management. This stage encompasses the logistics of manufacturing, storing, and transporting vaccines from production facilities to distribution centers and ultimately to vaccination sites. This study consists of five chapters: General Introduction, Literature review, Methodology, Analysis of existing and new systems, implementation and testing. The development of the Children vaccination management system has the objective to enhance the vaccination management services. It has guided by some research methodologies such as data collection methodology include interviews, observations, document review and The system development model use to develop the system was waterfall model, and was developed using different programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP with XAMPP as local server. The system was designed with a user-friendly interface, which was connected to the database. The result of this work ended with a presentation of the system (web application) named Children Vaccination management system that will enhance the vaccination management, it’s able to record, and keep vaccination information. This software optimizes multiple tasks and improves the manual system.The current system was found to be manual and amid computerized systems. In conclusion, the researcher concluded that the system has been designed with functionalities to resolve the problems within the current system found in the research area mentioned as our case study. As a recommendation, the researcher recommended that any other programmer who got some features that he can add and make it more powerful in helping his system to keep working in normal conditions could improve the project. The researcher recommended anyone who might be innovative in this research to further it and build different versions to target more users such as mobile applications or standalone systems.
