The study hypotheses have been accepted due to the values of coefficient of correlation (r) and value of probability (P-Value). The findings indicated that the stakeholders’ involvement in project initiation, planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation significantly influences road construction projects’ performance in Nyarugenge district. The study recommended the government of Rwanda to improve stakeholders’ involvement in project management plan, procurement management, creation of tracking systems, budgeting planning process, quality assurance plan, feedback provisions, activities control, correction of errors, as the study revealed that these areas are still weak. After revealing this positive influence of stakeholders’ involvement in projects performance, we suggested other researchers to conduct a study on the factors that hinder stakeholders’ involvement in projects life. |
