Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to analyze the contribution of to analyze the effect of advertisement on the profitability of manufacturing companies in Rwanda. CASE OF STUTY: SULFO RWANDA INDUSTRY LTD, PERIOD: 2021- 2023. the specific objectives was to analyze the effectiveness of advertisement applied in SULFO RWANDA INDUSTRY LTD, to assess the contribution advertisement on profitability in SULFO RWANDA INDUSTRY LTD This research is concerned of 25 employees in marketing and sales department finance and accounting department, and CEO, The Field data were collected using questionnaires and interview. Return on Asset (ROA) consists of the ratio that shows the organization profitability based on income and total assets in line with the results in table 4.11 shows that SULFO has good Return on Asset which means that SULFO received more income from their total assets. Table 4.15 indicated the relationship between two variables that is cost accounting and financial performance correlation analysis was .915** which shows relationship between cost accounting and financial performance. SULFO RWANDA INDUSTRY LTD should put in place solid measures to run the advertisement in order to enhance positive performance in SULFO RWANDA INDUSTRY LTD should advertise by focusing on needs of market in order to attain its target
