dc.description.abstract The project "A Centralized Platform for Thesis Management, Dissemination, and Scholarly Exchange" addresses the persistent inefficiencies and limitations in the academic research landscape regarding thesis management and dissemination. Traditionally, the management and distribution of theses have been fragmented, confined largely due to institutional repositories, and inaccessible to the broader research community. This fragmentation often results in underutilized research, redundant efforts, and inadequate recognition for the intellectual contributions of students The proposed platform aims to revolutionize the academic research environment by establishing a centralized, online hub that enhances the visibility, accessibility, and impact of student theses. By streamlining the thesis lifecycle from submission to dissemination the platform seeks to eliminate inefficiencies and promote a more equitable research ecosystem. This centralized approach will facilitate broader access to theses, reducing barriers to discovery and fostering a more collaborative and productive research environment. This project addresses several critical issues: the limited access to theses, inadequate recognition of student research efforts, and the need for efficient administrative processes. It is designed to serve a dual purpose: improving the management of thesis submissions and reviews, and expanding the reach of research outputs through open access mechanisms. By leveraging modern technologies such as cloud computing and digital repositories, the platform will offer a comprehensive and user-friendly system that supports both students and researchers. The platform will also explore mechanisms for compensating students, enhancing their recognition and motivation. Furthermore, it will foster a collaborative environment, encouraging interdisciplinary research and knowledge exchange, aligning with findings on the importance of digital platforms in academic research. en_US
