DEVELOPING DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR FREELANCE LAWYERS AND PLAINTIFFS

Abstract

This project addresses the challenge many individuals face in locating legal representation. Through my interactions with people struggling to find lawyers, I recognized the need for a more accessible solution. Often, individuals either rely on personal recommendations or spend excessive time searching for legal help. To address this issue, I developed a digital platform that allows users to easily find lawyers through a streamlined search process. Unlike existing sites focused on individual law firms, this platform offers an open space where lawyers from various locations can register and be found by clients. The primary objective is to facilitate connections between plaintiffs and appropriate legal representatives efficiently. The platform is web-based, built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front end, and utilizes PHP with the CodeIgniter 3 framework and a MySQL database for the back end.
