dc.description.abstract This study aim to analyze the “the effect of human resource motivation to the profitability of banking industry in Rwanda, case study of BK Plc, PERIOD: 2020-2023” the objective of the study is to analyze effectiveness of human resource motivation to the profitability of Bank of Kigali, to determine the impact of human resource motivation to the profitability of BK Plc. This study will subdivide by four different chapters, the first chapter gives the general introduction including introduction to the study, background of the study, statement of the problem, research objectives, research questions, and significance of the study, scope of the study and then organization of the study. The second chapter is the literature review it present theoretical literature related to human resource motivation and profitability of BK Plc, empirical literature, critical review and conceptual framework which present the independent variables and dependent variables of the study. Chapter three is a research methodology it contains the research design, methods, study population, Sample size selection, methods and techniques will adopt in this study. Chapter four analyzes and presents the data findings, and this study will end by general conclusions suggestions. Chapter two is literature review, it presents the related literature to the study written in the reports, published documents, it contains also the concept review, theoretical review related to the dependent variable and independent variables. Chapter three is research methodology it point out the research design, The findings of this study are presented into tables and interpreted using percentages. The chapter begins by short presentation of BK PLC with data collected from the field table 4.4. present the information related to the effectiveness of human resource motivation, 26.7% of respondent answered agree the bank of Kigali has clear policies for human resource motivation. With the data collected from the field and after analysis financial statement the researcher confirmed that there is good return on the amount of money Bank of Kigali invested. And also researcher confirmed that all objective of this study were achieved and the hypothesis were verified and confirmed, Based on the finding the researcher would suggest that the bank of Kigali could establish the followings issues that help to increase its performance, increase salary and bonus depending on performance of employees. en_US
