dc.description.abstract We evaluated the outcome of and compared rehabilitation programs and detention that are conducted in Rwanda There were no differences in functional or subjective outcomes in the different postoperative rehabilitation regimens, with both groups reporting high satisfaction and improved quality of life. Cost savings in the home rehabilitation group were significant. A Transit centre as another form of organization that specializes in providing care for particular conditions of Detainees to be qualified if she or he is about to be transferred in rehabilitation Centre. Detainees admitted in rehab centres range from being accident victims to those suffering with a specific illness, drugs addicts, vagrants, street vendors, street children, sex workers. These Transit Centres are becoming extremely valuable in providing good services. However, they have not marketed themselves as aggressively as other health care organizations. This dissertation provides an insight regarding rehab centres and examines The legality of Detention In Transit Centres using analysis, critics, and suggestion and Recommendations to Government of Rwanda. It further provides some future prospects and challenges for these Transit Centres. National Rehabilitation Services was established in its related lawn 2017. It provides outpatient and residential rehabilitation services, medical treatment, counselling, educational and vocational guidance, yoga therapy and after care. Drug-dependent persons under rehabilitation treatment at the Centre are encouraged and helped to promote personal development, to build up and strengthen their initiative and confidence and to bring about improvements in their maturation, attitude and behaviour to overcome drug addiction. However, the development of Rehabilitation centers and Transit Centers in Rwanda have not gone hand in hand with the legal framework to accommodate them, as there is no clear law regulating them or at least some legal provisions devoted to clarify the Legality of Detention in Transit Centers under Rwandan jurisdiction. Therefore, this makes the whole idea of Transit Center seems to be problematic from their legal nature to their liability. This is accomplished through a therapeutic-oriented programme, which creates conditions that optimize the natural tendency of the individual to self-actualize and eventually stabilize. Vocational Training plays a crucial role in this programme at both pre- and post-clinical stages. It offers a new avenue for positive mental and physical health and helps to free individuals from drug dependency and its associated problems. To this end, the clouded The Legality Of Detention In Transit Centers In Rwanda prompts one to recommend that the laws ,presidential orders, ministerial orders should be put in place to regulate Transit Centers so that all legal issues associated with the latter be addressed. en_US
